About Amy…..

Amy is a graduate of the Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) at Torrens University, Sydney, and a member of the NHAA (Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia). She is currently studying a Masters in Advanced Naturopathic Medicine at Southern Cross University and conducting research on the herb Vitex agnus-castus and its positive effects for premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Other research projects include Herbal Sound Therapy and it’s affects on the nervous system for patients experiencing anxiety and depression. Amy is passionate about anti-ageing protocols using natural medicines, nutraceuticals and food as medicine to improve skin, hair and nail health. Other clinical health specialties include peri-menopause, auto-immune disease, digestive issues, and the brain for improved memory and focus. Her patients range from infants to geriatrics, and everybody in between.
